Complete ripoff on my account

So I bought a tv and microwave at hifi on account. Like most people I received my statements electronically and never paid much attention to it when I received. Until today when.I realised that my instalment was R742 and my monthly repayments was on being recorded at R300. My loan amount is double my purchase amount. This is ridiculous.
