Complaint - Time and Money Wasted

On the 25th October I settled my Laybye (Kenwood Car Stereo) with Hifi Cooperation William Moffat, Port Elizabeth. The saleslady helping me told me that they currently didn’t have it in stock. I had to wait for them to order a new one. After 3weeks of waiting with no update, I complained on their Facebook. Two days later someone at their store contacted me and told me my order has arrived and is ready for collection. I drove 23km to collect but when I arrived at the store I was told by a gentleman named Jonathan that they made a mistake, my order hadn’t arrived and they have to place a new order and I was told to just be patient. On Monday, 19 November I received a call from Jonathan, he told me that my order is ready and available for collection. I left work early to go and collect upon my arrival at the store, I was told that my order is in fact not yet in store and they made another order on the day. The employees at this store are clearly *********** and have wasted a lot of my time, energy and petrol. The service is appalling and clearly they have no respect for the customers’ time. I am very upset with your service, and will never again have any association with this store.
