Wow what awesome service from Westrand retail crossing. Doreen was amazing and went the extra mile for me from the start of my phone call to the end of the sale in store. They treated you like you were there only customer with a smile and professional and went out of there way to make sure you were happy. I was surprised to even find out that they kept the item for me separately and knew when I got there exactly what I wanted and who I was. The friendliness and helpfulness and understanding is much appreciated.
