Complaint Ref ***

Bought mediabox on 2023-09-21 it worked for a week ,and stopped gave technical errors.due to being out of town I returned the mediabox to the store on 2023-10-11. The ladies at the store advised it will take 21 days for a decision to be made.21 days have passed, I have not received any communication from the store as to how far are they with product I returned due to defect. Today I wentbto the store they come and tell me its 21 Business days not 21 days . What ****es me off the same lady whom I encounted with on 1st day is very rude in her silent ways. Initially when I came to tell them the device is faulty she took device punched her computer left me for a good 5 minutes without telling me what's happening ,I had to call another employee who was passing by to ask what is happening where us the lady that is assisting me. Only to find out she went to test the device. Today she does the something doesn't say anything,goes away and comes back with someone else who then tells me its 21 business day turn around. My question why couldn't she tell me that today worse tell me on the day I returned device . She looks at me and says I never said 21days ,I said 21 business days in a very rude tone. I am not happy with store service when returning goods and the fact that must wait so long for a device I returned within 30 days that is faulty. And that I paid for in cash not credit
