complaint on turn around time

After submitting a claim for repair by insurance at the store on 8 December 2020. 22nd December 2020 i recieved a message from insurance that they await quotation from the store for repairs. Today after enquiry with insurance i recieved an email from insurance that store has not provided them with quote. Upon enquiry at the store, person responsible for the quotation claims that he only heard of the request today and the way he was so rude i could not stand his attitude. 2 months later nothing has happened
