Complaint on money debited from account and good never ever delivered as promised

I have purchased a three quarter bed online with order number *** and I am not happy with the service, I have been trying to speak to the call center over a week to find out when I can get my bed delivered but no body can tell me, I have left numerous message to speak to a manager but they never call me back.

Just this morning I was on the line over a hour with a Sindisile Balooi who refused to let me speak to the manager and kept saving there is no manager available. I asked for higher management contact details but she refused to even provide me with a landline number she said she does not know it and she cant give it.

I am appalled with the online service from Hi Fi Corporate, I always buy my electronic goods from them and never had any issues buying from a store but the online consultants even drop the call in my ear.

My money was taken, its cold I am sleeping on the floor and the phone gets put down in my ear.

I would advise all South African to never purchase anything online its like a **** they are running. Watch out you wont get what you paid for and they have no higher management.
