Complaint for unproffesional online order service

I place an order: ORDER # DATE SHIP TO ORDER TOTAL STATUS ***/24/2020 Sikhumbuzo Maisela R3,499.90 Received Paid and there has been no updates on the whereabouts of my order from this supplier. I need the equipment to store my chronic medication and i am running out of time. I do not know what to do now.
