Complaint for pricing changing & unprofessional workers

I went to HIFI Corp in Polokwane Mall of the north. wanting to purchase a tablet worth R2,999. I was then offered insurance which I considered. The insurance is R379 for 12 months. That’s what I was told by the store assistant and shown on a pamphlet that had no offers pricing dates! That simple means that those are their pricing & not changed. Upon paying I was told that the insurance price has changed to R417 which didn’t make sense because all the displayed pamphlets on floor were showing R379 and the assistant that was helping me kept emphasising about that R379 & told me more about the insurance T’s & C’s referring to that R379. I then requested to see the floor manager, I was told he didn’t report to work on that day, is that even possible? What happened to CPA? Cause I wasn’t allow to pay that R379. Would never recommend Hifi corp to anyone anyday!
