Complaint

As a customer am not happy about the service I got from Festival mall branch.I bought a charger on the first weekend of January 2025 and now it’s no longer working.I asked for a refund or swap the lady by the name Cassandra refused to help because I didn’t have a box with me where as no-one told me about keeping the box.So where must I go for a refund if the store doesn’t want to refund.
