Complaint

I want to warn everyone who thinks of buying any electronics items in those shops.

I bought a Kettle it only worked for 2 months, I thought i did something wrong, I then ignored that and went to the same company and buy a second Kettle which worked for less than 5 days, because I had the slip with me I returned the Kettle after 10 days, the **** manager told me about the store terms and conditions that are not in the slip.

I left the Kettle at the shop another **** manager took my details and promised to call me, up until today no phone call nothing from the shop.
