Complaint

I purchased a Sansui 39inch at Hifi corporation and 8months later it just stop working took it in for repairs at Hifi corporation retail park what a shocking service i was assisted by Danielle to book the tv no communication or to keep me updated i was told 14 to 21 days i had to follow up after a month and i spoke to the supervisor and she told me to come in and choose another Tv i then went in the next day Bibo Assisted me then i was told that i need to pay in if I choose a different Tv but all i wanted was just a Tv to find out that they didn't even the replacement tv i went all the way there for nothing then Bibo told me that they will source another Tv from the other branch im still waiting 5weeks later i still don't have a Tv and the is no one that is keeping me updated nothing I will never buy anything again from any Hifi corporation stores its school holidays and Christmas in 4more days its a nice time to relax with family and watch movies im really hurt and disappointed
