Complaint

<p>I had a tab that was giving problems so I took it back and they sent it in. After a while I was contacted and told I could come and take somthing to the value of 3500 or take something and pay in the difference, so I informed the lady know I live far away and that I wouldn't be able to come in any time soon and she said it is ok. On the 4th of August my parents where in Pietermaritzburg, so I asked my father to go in and get a new tab to the amount of R 3500, when my Father got there they said that I only had R500 to spend because the rest was taken off for depresiation which I was not informed about during the conversation when I was contacted. I am very disappointed and unsatisfied with this. I spent alot of money and would like to know how they came up with the sum of R3000.</p>
