Complaint

Bought a dstv decoder with Hi-fi corp online on the 1st of July, says they deliver within 2-5 working days. Well today is the 10th and still haven't gotten my product, no update from you guys or your courier guys which is RTT logistics, I have to call in every time and call centre guys are always shifting the blame to the courier,one even tried lying to me. I regret ever trying to buy from you and this is definitely the last time, wouldn't recommend to anyone. What a service this is.
