I am a customer at hifi corporation which i bought a 86 inch tv in 2018 so i covered my tv then the tv had technicalities i went to hifi corporation with the bank statement showin the date and value of when i bought the tv and my insurer want to process the claim but hifi corporation doent want to issue or retrieve my receipt so that i can give it to my insurer its now a months and two weeks and the workers at hifi corporation dont communicate with me they dont take efforts to help me because its always the same answer they wilk just say yhey are waiting for thier IT department for almost a month
