Complain. Urgent

Hello there I purchased a fridge a month ago at hifi corporation in jabulani mall, I realized weeks ago that the fridge is not working properly then called them they sent me from piller to post today k decided to take myself there hoping to get help but I got worst service ever the staff are always on the cellphone and they told me I must wait 21 days or even more that's when they will come and check it Then I said I don't want it to be checked if it gives me problems while is still new what will happen once it gets fixed it will give me constant problems. Then I was told to wait till they come... Im worried what I'm I going to use my food will all be rotten Please help Desparate
