Complain

I bought a monoblog amp and a subwoofer at Hificorp (southgate branch) on the 27 of September 2019, a month later I had to take back that monoblog amp. Upon receiving the monoblog I took my car back to the sound fitters. After connecting the sound they realized that the subwoofer is also not working. I called their service department and a lady by the name of Nomalanga told me they cannot help me with the subwoofer because it has a 14 day warranty. So does this mean I’ve lost and wasted my money for nothing? So be warned guys, don’t buy appliances at Hificorp.
