Complain

The worse store to buy from I bought a mini oven March 2021 then got damaged may 2021 then went back to the store for an exchange ,it was exchanged without any arguments within 6 months I had the same problem when I go back they come up with stories that they have new law they don't exchanged anymore I told them to showe in black and white but they had no proof, then decided to follow they are rules and they promised me 21 days I will have my oven back and they will contact me for update but no one did that I am the one calling them everyday. I don't want anything to do with that store anymore I want money back I will go buy at clicks where they know what customer service is.
