Complain

Greetings, my mother & I went for shopping on 24/11/23 (friday) we picked what we were looking for assisted by the lady name of Sane Ntuli. She calculated for the items including the transportation it went up to R9824.00, than she asked for an Identity documents/license since my mother was the one who was using her bank card for a payment. She told her that she left them behind since she was using her lunch time from work. She asked us to come back tomorrow with Identity document she can't help us, than she told us to wait for a minutes she contacted her superior than she came back and she hand over us to some other lady on the till. She asked if we paying using cash/bank card we paid, than I asked for the other goods accept tv and soundbar which we were told that are out of store but will be delivered on 27/11/23 Monday from the warehouse. Their refuse to give us the other items that were in store including microwave, powerbank to name the few because my mother didn't have the identity document with her. I personally told them that powerbank was bought because I wanted to use it because my phone was off. I told them to cancel and bring the money back because they telling us all this information now because we already paid, After I shouted their gave us everything that we paid for that was in store. Tv alone was delivered on the 1/12/23 friday without the soundbar, first thing Monday morning on the 4/12/23, time:07:25 I contacted Sane Ntuli telling her that I don't like the way their work. That at first she told me that tv & soundbar will be delivered on Monday but was delivered on Friday, and that only tv was delivered without a soundbar not forgotten that the slip we got from them is a copy not an original and tv is not included while we paid for it & when I asked her about it in store she told me that the TV will be included when there have received an Identity document, and the process of tv and soundbar will take place once there have received the identity document. Identity document were send that why the tv was delivered, when I asked about the soundbar she told that I must came and fetch it in store while paid for the transportation to delivered, when I asked about the original slip with the tv included she told me that they can't find it she will get to me. I'm still waiting since Monday 4/12/23 for an update, I'm fade up 🚮!
