Complain

I have an insurance with hi-fi corporation. Gave them my phone and insurance is fully paid for two years. They’ve told me to wait 21 days for repairs. It’s been 21 days and now they claim they didn’t receive any claim from my I.d. No. This tablet is for my son for school and the year is ending. Really what must I do now
