Complain

I was at the shop to do some purchases with my 5 year old daughter. as we were shopping she needed to use the toilet and I asked the guy who was assisting me for the toilet.<br> the cleaner refused my child from using the toilet as a result my daughter wet her pants.<br> <br> never in my life have I ever come across such an inconsiderate and inhuman and I so wish the management to deal with her accordingly as this will cost the store dearly of potential clients.
