Choose the people that assist us properly

I had such a horrible consumer experience the sad truth is I was so livid I left the store without taking down name. It happened Thursday the 27th 11:34 walked in to their store with the aim of purchasing a mobile device and a television set, walked to the mobile phone display and asked for assistance from the stuff he told me he would get me someone to assist me but guess what I waited for over an hour for someone to assist and not that all of them where business assisting people they where just walking around like I was not there. I found assistance at Incredible Connection with their lovely stuff.
