The worst service received and still no resolution We purchased 2 travel wise bags 65cm *** Incorrect size bags we delivered on the 23/11/2023 we then took the bags to hifi corp store to have it exchanged we went to the site in the glen was advised that the bags cannot be returned at the store because it was purchased online On the 23/11/2023 we spoke to Thato *** Was advised the bags will be collected on the 27/11/2023 and then the correct bags will be delivered or refund if they don’t have stock Bags not collected 28/11/2023 then spoke to zodwa- same reference was advised bags will be collected on the 1/12/2023 Not collected Spoke to Phoebe- same reference bags still not collected 5/12/2023 spoke to Andrew who advised that matter was escalated Bags still not collected- not 1 call received from anyone at hifi-corp No refund or correct product received
