Centurion branch, Useless

I purchased an android box for my daughter, took it back the next day with the Standard bank receipt (date and time stamped) and was told that I cannot return the item. this is because the manager of Centurion branch, Michael, does not know how to re-print a receipt, Horrible service, No wonder the entire company is heading down the drain.

Mr Peter Griffiths, you need to look at training your staff in customer service... Pathetic
