Cellphone complaint and services are very poor

Can anyone assist I bought a cellphone at HI-FI Corporation in Witbank last December 2022, the cellphone give me problem in 3 days when i use it, after then that time I was away for December Holiday so now I return the phone for finding the issue or the problem. The responsible person refused to take the phone and evening I ask them that they must take back the phone or refunds back my money.
