On the 30 September 2015 I bought a phone at hi fi Cop as a birthday present to my daughter, they open it but not activate it.when we get home we activated it and kept it to give it to my daughter at the right time, went to qwaqwa on the 1st when we get there my husband called on this phone and it just froze, so it never take any calls out only that one that she couldn't even answer. I believe it was still qualify for \Out of box failure "but they don't have hi fi Cop in qwaqwa"
