Cant beloeve what they did

I bought a sansui tv which they didnt have stock. They sent me a toshiba tv about a month ago. I unpacked the tv and checked that it is android 9 which is not supported anymore. The tv i wanted was android 10 and upgradeable to 11. This is unacceptable for a company this size to give me the old stock. The tv i got cant upgrade the android so when the apps are not supported on the version the tv will be useless.
