CAN WE STILL RELY ON THE HI-FI CORP BRAND ? IM STARTING TO DOUBT

I bought a Skyworth combo a 65inch tv and the soundbar at the value of R1200 at Eastgate Mall. On 25 Oct 2021. Upon the mounting of the TV I discover that the wifi and bluetooth modules do not work. I contacted the store and told them and also requested that they get a replacement as I like the TV. An amazing Khosi assisted me ( thanks for her attempts). Today I am told that a replacement has been found however it has scratches.

NOW Dear head office how the hell do you guys not have stock and how is your interbranch services so atrocious. How do you guys have a product on special and not make sure it is easily available ? I WANT ANOTHER FULLY FUNCTIONAL 65INCH TV NO REFUND I WANT THE TV

I DEEMED THE BRAND OF HIGH ESTEEM TILL I EXPERIENCED THIS LEVEL OF UNRELIABILITY ( this excludes the tireless efforts of Khosi- bless her soul)
