BUY ELSEWHERE

I ordered a washing machine online on the 28th of June 2019, paid and received a confirmation email for the order. However, since then the status of the online order has remained "Received-Paid" and has not moved from there. I contacted their customer care on the 3rd of July and explained that I have not received any further communication about my order and the status remains unchanged after a week already. They then said that they would escalate it and that a representative from HiFi Corp or its warehouse would contact me.I then called them again on the 4th and 5th of July and they said the exact same thing (we have escalated the issue). Nobody has contacted me. The delivery time is supposed to be 2-6 working days and today is the fifth working day. This is absolute theft if you value your money don't buy anything from these guys lest you regret like I do.
