Business full of lies

Horrible service I ever experienced, do not fall for their lies. I buy most of my electronics and appliances from this store Hifi corporation and I use to be happy . Now I recieve pathetic service ever. I bought 75 inch skyworth Google TV February 2025 and I was told that if I experience any problem with it and washing machine I bought with the TV, I must report the technician shall come to my house. On 13 October 2025 the TV started to show faulty lines on the screen, on the 17 October 2025 I went to the store reported the matter. To my shock they asked me to bring the TV to the store which is opposite to what they promised when they fooled me to buy the TV. I raised concerns that if something happens to the TV on my way to the store they shall allege is out of my negligence.affer a long engagement they made some calls to their Johannesburg office then agreed the TV shall be collected from my house. From 17 October to date the store guys are just calling me to check if TV was collected it's a month today not watching TV my family is denied freedom. Since they promised to send courier to fetch it nothing is happening. What frustrating me worse I bought other appliances from same store and even paid extended warranties for them . This guys are professional ****s do not trust them. If you need stress buy from them . I was told to dismount the unit since from 17 October to date no sign of anyone coming to fetch it and I have to pay dstv subscription for device not in use this is pathetic service. I feel like taking everything i ever bought from the store, they just return my money , because this is a sign that lying is their game , it simply means if I experience problems to other devices I bought from them it shall be more stress for me and my family
