Bullying attitude

I bought a TV online on the 20th of Feb 2025 and every went through smoothly using my older sisters tv license. During the course of the day, I recieved an email stating that I need to cancel the account and create a new one with my sister's details. Then I've asked what difference will it make because I'll be using the same tv license. I was then threatened and told that my order will be canceled. So I then asked "If the TV license is valid or not"? because we're residing in the same house and the law allows you to use the same tv license. The next response was my order is canceled and I'm now worried if I'll ever get my money back. Due to the nature of attitude I've recieved from the sales persons for the second time purchasing from Hifi Corporation. I have no doubt I'll need to fight tooth and nails for this refund. I've experienced worse treatment but bullying was not in my list.
