Bul**** by management.

Hello Peter I am infuriated, On the 7th September 2020 I bought a Sinotec 50 inch smart tv from HI fi Corp branch,When I got home I realized it had a bad sound quality so on Friday I called the branch made a formal complaint. They said it was OK. This previous Saturday, I returned the TV and was served but two sales men. The agents switched on the TV the first time it was was intact,Screen was clear and not even a scratch.The other sales guy decided to move the TV and examine it on the display section. HE carried the TV set on his own. We then followed him to the otherside he had already switched on the TV and not it has a crack.!!!He claims that I brought a damaged TV. I did not argue with them, I only asked the management to show me the footage of when they switched it one the first time and the Last time. Unfortunately the manager refused to show me the footage, I also asked to speak to the regional manager, the same manager of that very branch denied me that access. He told that the Regional manager was available he will only be available next week. I asked for his numbers,, he also refused and him and his team called' a ***** and was trying to be clever.' I left the TV in their shop since they refused to give me access to anything. They said they will only show me the footage a week after.. MY question will they not temper with the footage.. And they also did not agree to the 60 month warranty....
