Broken TV Screen
<p>Good day</p> <p>On Friday the he 9th of June 2017 I purchase a 55” JVC curve TV from HI FI Corp Atterbury PTA.</p> <p>They tested it fine before they loaded it into my vehicle</p> <p>When I got home and unpack the TV, I connected it to the power outlet and then I notice that the screen has stripes on the one side. Being an IT specialist I realized that the screen was cracked.</p> <p>The next day I returned the TV and explained that I did not broke the screen or abuse it in any way, and that it might be damaged when they loaded it into my vehicle.</p> <p>Now I’m sitting with a loss of R8300 for a product I didn’t even use.</p> <p>Please assist me in this regard, for this loss is not expectable and I feel that HI FI Co cannot put the blame and loss on me.</p> <p>Await your feedback in this regard</p> <p>Regards</p>
