Broken TV delivered

My brand new TV was delivered this evening, when plugged in for the first time we saw the entire LED screen is cracked. The TV still has all the stickers, plastic screen on and all. Such bad products and service to be delivered brand new and broken after siting 1 week for delivery. Utterly dissatisfied
