Broken TV and no customer service

<p>On Saturday 2017/05/06 I went to N1 City Hi-Fi Corporatiuon, to take back my TV As it wasnt working properly. So I left it there with a promise that I would be called on Monday 2017/05/08. They never called me so I decided to call them and the the lady that answered said that I should give my number and that somebody would call me but that never happend.</p> <p>Tuesday morning 2017/05/09 I call to enquire again about my TV, Im put on hold for long and when they evetually answer that lady as impatient with and hangs up on me before I could actually finish talking and when i try call again no body answers</p> <p>I am not happy at all!!!!!!!</p>
