Broken TV and Demo model as replacement

Hi, I would like to explain what I had to go through with this place! Ok so in 2014 I bought a New Samsung 32" television from Hi-Fi Corporation Very excited I opened the box and switched on, bummer the screen of the television is cracked. Ok, so go to their shop in Somerset Mall to have it replaced. I was told that they cannot replace the television because they do not have stock of that item anymore. So I asked if they have any other model with more or less the same price, and they said no they don't have any. Then the sales person told me that all they have is a demo Sony 32" that was damaged and if would like to have that. I asked him if the television is in good shape, and he said yes. So I said alright give me the thing. The Sony did not have a foot stand (because someone stepped on it and it broke) nor a remote control. I was also given an extended warranty, which ended in 2016. Well I thought at least I got something from them. Well no the TV has stopped working because of the damage to the foot stand (scrambled screen, just lines etc). Now looking back I think I was very stupid in accepting their option they had offered me! as I even asked if I could have my money back (which I thought I was entitled to do), but the manager said no! Needless to say I will never do business with such ****** in the future. And if they were decent people they would have felt with my problem differently. In short, they can go to hell!
