Broken television

Purchased a television from these guys It's the 4th time now that I'm having the same issue. Communication is terrible. Service is bad. Every 3months the television blanks.... With the same issue. And i have a 5yeae warranty but all these guys does is sort the television out and in 3months it breaks again. I have asked alot of time for a voucher or refund but it seems this company doesn't value its customers.
