Broken laptop

I bought a laptop from your Atterbury store in Pretoria after two weeks took it because it had a fault and since then I have been hearing different stories about what could be the problem none of your managers is giving me a solution. All I want now is my refund because you guys sold me a broken device and I am way behind with my work because of no laptop am so frustrated at the moment.And I must say I am going to fight this till the end I will get justice even if it means taking you guys legally
