Broken Gas Russell Kettle in less than 6 months

I bought a gas Russell kettle last year in hi fi corporation Wonderpark and less than 6 months it broke and I took it it back but guess what? Even now I didn't get my kettle back only the stories I received and I have to call always. I dropped my kettle last year October 2025 but even now there's nothing happening.... Yhoooo iam so ****ed with hi fi corporation they don't even care about what iam using since October 2025 up to date. Very bad service yhoooo 👹👹👹I regret it
