Broken fridge still paying refusing fix

<p>Fridge stopped working, not getting cold but light was still on. Matter was reported at the branch and telephonically 3 weeks back. I gave followed up almost daily but still a technician has not arrived even though the fridge is still under HiFi Corporation. Am very unhappy because I have been a loyal good paying customer. Yet the treatment is unbecoming. Hope someone can assist as how does one survive over 3 weeks without a fridge.</p>
