Broken Fridge

On the 23/12/2015 i bought a Fridge, not even two months later the Fridge is not working on top, the light is not working the one drawer is also broken. When i bought the fridge NOBODY explained to me that all iof the above mentioned is not covered. i called the Head Office and was told a technician was going to assess it to date no technician came. I personally took the fridge to the store on Friday 05/02/2016 and only received a call from Lauren on Tuesday evening and was told they are going to look at it. Today i receive a call informing me that there is nothing wrong with the fridge. so i must take a fridge that i paid in full that does not work on top no light and a broken drawer. I want NO exchange as i want NOTHING to do with this store. it is excuse after excuse i want my money back.<br> the lady that assisted when buying the fridge never told me anythong.<br> im really fed up and want my money back by end of business Friday.
