Broken Chair
I recently order an office chair at Hifi Corp, it was delivered this morning. They delivered a used, broken chair even the box it was wrapped in was so old it looked used. I called the call centre immediately was told they will send people to exchange today even now I haven't received a call from them. I'm stuck with a broken used chair. Please exchange or refund this chair

28 Jan 2026, 15:29I'm still stuck with a broken chair that I paid for, money down the drain.. People keep calling promising to exchange the chair even now there's nothing. Take it from some of our experiences that some places don't care about customer services and I know if I request a refund its gona be another process that will either drag or I won't get help
