Brocken Radio within 3Weeks and they refuse to Exchange it

Within 3Weeks the Radio is brocken not Playing Already paid Twice already and we take it back and they take it for repair after 8days we back And they say it’s a Fuse that Broke and they not helping us like exchanging the item (Patrick)is the Name of the person who was assisting us And We not happy at all they selling either Brocken or **** items that don’t last even 3Weeks
