BREAKDOWN IN COMMUNICATION

i arrived at HI FI Corporation to purchase a Intel Celeron notebook which includes a case for the Computer and included in the special is a Xerox laser printer.<br> Not one person had any idea what I was looking for on arrival at the Woodmead Store.<br> The salesman on the floor told me that there is no such special that I had seen in the Sunday Times and he checked an expired flyer from the previous week and came back to me and just announced ''EISH ' YOU ARE MISTAKEN..maybe you have the wrong store\<br> I stormed into Management's office and not one of the 3 managers was aware of the special and they also said that they have not been informed of the current week's specials as they had no flyers yet.<br> They had to verify my query on the website and eventually after an hour of waiting for them to ascertain the above i bought the computer but I left in an absolute huff at the shocking service and lack of communication from Head Office to all of their outlets. TOTAL AND ABSOLUTE DISGRACE...POOR poor service.<br> "
