Breach of contract
I signed my debit order for the day I get paid every month which is the 25th. I got debited 2 days before payday this month sending my account in overdraft and unpaid debit order charges. I am fully aware of my contractual obligations and would like to know how does this billing system work and who is going to be responsible for the unpaid charges
