Breach of consumer act protection with misinformation on their products

I have ordered a product from their website which that say is in stock. Didnt get any order confirmation until 3 days later just to open the mail saying that they don't have stock and I need to wait.

This is pathetic, they give misinformation about product stock and delivery time and when you phone them they just tell you to email your complain and then nothing further happens.

This is a breach of the consumer act protection
