Bought a microwave but received an old, scratched and used one!

I would STRONGLY discourage anybody thinking of making a purchase from HiFi Corp.

Not only was my online order late after days of attempting to track it, but it was of a poor quality and missing a part when it was eventually delivered. After much hassle, I was advised to do an exchange at the nearest branch - only to return home and find that the "new" appliance is in worse off condition than the first. It has scratches on the mirror finish, shocking packaging and has clearly been used!

I paid for a new appliance but I am stuck with an old and shabby one that I can't use.

To say I am disappointed and appalled by the service and subpar appliances from HiFi Corp would be an understatement. I will NEVER waste my hard-earned money on ANYTHING from HiFi Corp ever again!
