Bought a TV from Hifi Corporation in East London in 2020 with a 4 year warranty nearly have the screen on the left side and the bottom has a shadow (it is dark) that when we watch TV during the day we can't even see what is going on as too dark and when we switch it off the screen doesn't go black it stays on light there is a light on. Took the TV to Hifi Corporation in Sunday 29 May 2022 and we were informed that they can't replace the TV as they have to see what the problem is and this can take up to 21 days. My husband asked them what do we do without a TV for so long and they weren't interested in helping they informed us that is the protocol of the company and we just have to wait
