Black friday deliveries

Order a product as part of the black friday specials. Selected and paid for 2-3 day delivery option and to date goods have not arrived. Tried calling helpline...no success. Tried tracking order online and website doesnt work properly for last 2 days. Wont be ordering anything from hi fi corp ever again.
