Beyond Poor Service delivery

I have received one of the most disappointing services from Hi-fi corporation, I ordered a double bed online on the 8th Feb and was promised a delivery today on the 22nd Feb, after Hifi corporation failed to meet their 3/5 days delivery timeline. I have had to chase after them with follow up calls to try get this bed delivered without any luck or communication from their side of they can't meet their own deadline.

I had to miss work today, to be home so that when they deliver the bed they can find someone to receive and verify the goods if it is in the right condition. The service received thus far has been shocking and utterly ridiculous.
