Best customer service

Hi Fi cooperation at Jabulani mall Soweto has always given me A grade service,from entering the shop to getting assistance fast & efficient always. In January 2020 I went to return a mini speaker box I had bought for my to be repaired unfortunately the person who assisted me forgot to sign my parcel off to warehouse & capture it on the system, so when I went there after 21 days which I was given for collection,they just gave me a sincere apology & offered me a brand new speaker since mine ran out of warranty in February & when they noticed they don't have the same make in store they just told me to choose any appliance with same amount with new warranty! That shop has the best customer service ever! #30on30
